Natural Youthful Spirit ....Amy MacConnell teaches Club Yoga for Kids in my first grade class every Thursday. Amy is patient, kind and playful with the students. The children show respect for her and follow her directions well. Amy guides them through breathing exercises, yoga poses and involves the kids in yoga games weekly. I highly recommend Amy MacConnell as a children's yoga instructor. She has a natural youthful spirit and she has a lot to offer her up and coming youthful yoga students.

So Lucky ....We were so lucky to have Teacher Amy as our Yoga teacher this past summer! All of the children went home showing their poses to their parents and practicing them in the classroom. We are working with Amy to develop a Mommy and Baby Yoga class, along with a Mom only group. We are happy to have her as an important member of our staff.

Kids just loved it ....Teacher Amy taught Yoga here in the spring and summer. The kids just loved it and looked forward to Yoga every Wednesday with Amy. In fact some of them called it Yoda and would demonstrate the various Yoga positions they learned. We love Amy's energy and enthusiasm.
