Kids believe it or not are sponges and if they learn techniques to calm themselves and go to their happy place at an early age they will be able to navigate through life with confidence and clarity.

 

Hi, my name is Amy MacConnell and I am the founder of Club Kids Yoga. I have been teaching yoga to kids, kids with special abilities and adults since 2007. I was introduced to Bikram Yoga in 2003 and immediately felt a sense of calm and decided to become a Bikram Teacher which was just the beginning of my yoga journey. I fell in love with the practice and became certified to teach kids yoga and then continued to study yoga and I earned 500 hours from The MUKti School of Yoga in Manhattan beach, CA.
I absolutely love teaching yoga and I have taught over 1,000 kids yoga classes and have certified over two hundred kids yoga teachers.

I meditate daily and a gratitude list is part of my daily practice.
